there is no such thing as overtraining unless you are a marathon runner, professional cyclist or doing any sort of extreme sport!
average body builders without steroid abuse won’t never come close to the so called “overtraining”!
Most of the time people don’t train hard enough and putting in the effort needed to seriously make them gains happen.
Don’t be scared to hit the gym 5 times a week! This is truly legit if you variate the different muscle groups day by day!
Don’t you never ever be scared of pushing more reps then you supposed to do! negative reps are highly appreciated.
Note: always use a spotter whilst doing negative reps due to insurance reasons!

you did enough reps when your not even able to raise your arms(when you training arms) !!! that’s when you did enough!
